Before returning the material, the customer must complete the following form to request authorization to return the material under warranty. No material will be accepted into ADEL System, for any reason, unless the customer first receives this completed, signed form with "Number" authorization for acceptance of the alleged defective product.

Defective products must be shipped back to ADEL System at the customer's expense. The warranty period depends on the type of product. After analysis of the defect and if the product is covered by the warranty terms, it will be repaired or replaced. The cost of shipping after repair is borne by ADEL System, except that the product can be merged with current shipments to the customer.
